Order Information

Shipping Policy

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Pickup available: Ranui, West Auckland 

All orders will be shipped via NZ post or Aramex

All orders in the Auckland Region will be a flat rate of $6 Non Rural, $11.50 Rural  

All orders outside of the Auckland Region will be a flat rate of $8 Non Rural, $13.50 Rural 

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout you will receive a reshipping fee to the correct address.

Contactless Pickup is Available on request.

Our current pickup dates are

Monday 9am-2pm

Tuesday 9am-2pm

Wednesday 9am-6pm

Thursday 9am-6pm. 

Friday 9am-6pm

You are also most welcome to come try on items during these times.



Every brand has a different size guide. Please note these are just a size guide, If the fit is not right I am more than happy to exchange as per the returns policy.


Except for Clearance Items which will only be refunded if the items are faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange if the following guidelines has been met.

  1. Items are returned within the 7 days of delivery.

  2. The original docket is provided as proof of purchase

  3. If the product is faulty we with repair within 7 days however if it not able to be repaired we will either replace the item or refund you.

  4. We are happy to exchange the shoes if it has been tried on and does not fit.


The exemptions to the returns are as followed

We will not refund the item if the customer has changed their mind.

Due to Hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges to undergarments or tights/socks.


Custom Costume Orders.

Any custom order from Weissman cannot be returned. If you have ordered the wrong size and are needing another size you will have a $60 shipping fee invoiced to you this is to cover express shipping and paid return shipping to your order:


We will accept returns of shoes that have been “tried on” but Return Policy does not apply to products that show signs it has been used such as markings on the sole of a shoe, makeup or deodorant on any item, removal of tags if they are applied. 


The used items that are returned to us will be discarded and you will not receive any refund.

Back orders

If there is an item on the website that is not in stock please send a request for restock and I will see if I can get it back in for you!
