Postage and packaging (NZ): There is a flat rate of postage $5 Auckland , $9 Auckland Rural
$7 NZ Wide Non rural $11 Rural
$10 for orders who order larger items such as Garment Bags, Tutu Bags and Duffle Bags.
I use Aramex Couriers and NZ Post for deliveries. All my deliveries are tracked with a tracking number. Due to being a small business we cannot afford at this stage the rural fee. I would recommend advising a Non-Rural address for delivery if possible such as a work place or there will be an additional $4 charge on your shipping costs .
Post Box Deliveries will be by Standard Post.
All orders will be sent within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and on weekends will be sent on the next working day.
Customers are most welcome to pick up items instead of having them posted.

Each sizing is different on each brand.
I have attached to each product where available the size guide.
These are just size guides if you are in between sizes i recommend going a size up.
If the fit is not right I am more than happy to exchange as per the returns policy.
Except for SALE items which will only be refunded if faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund providing the following has been met:-
The items are returned within 14 days of purchase
The original docket is provided as proof of purchase
If the product is faulty we will repair within 14 days however if irreparable we will replace or refund.
Exchange if the shoe has been tried on and does not fit.
Exemptions to returns:
We will NOT refund the item if the customer changes their mind.
Due to Hygiene reasons, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges of tights or undergarments.
We will accept returns of products that have been “tried on,” but our Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment/removal of swing tags). Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any refund.

Book in appointments:
Currently at this time there are no book in appointments at the Dancewear Store however stay tuned and when the time comes this will be available, If you dance at Anjannette's Academy of Modern Dance and wish for your child to try on shoes please contact me and I can make my way earlier to class.
In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to either cancel your order or wait for the new stock I will keep you up to date on the delays.
